China Premium Lifestyle Enterprise, Inc. is in the business of distributing and selling premium brand luxury products in the China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan markets.
Currently, the Company’s main business is its ownership interest in Technorient Group Limited, a Hong Kong corporation whose business consists mainly of import, distribution, and after-sale service of Ferrari and Maserati automobiles and spare parts in Hong Kong, Macau and China. The Company is also engaged in the import and distribution of premium brand apparel and other luxury products in China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
Originally founded in 1974 as German Motors Ltd. (GML), Technorient Group was formed as the holding company for AIL, IMSS and GML in 1985. IMSS was appointed sole Ferrari importer and distributor for Hong Kong and Macau in 1992 (and exclusive importer for China between 1994 and 2004), and AIL was also appointed importer and distributor for Maserati in 1996 having been a dealer for the brand since 1994.
